As we also enjoy a lot travelling, living in different cities and countries and having internaltional friends, we will make sure we understand you and make you feel at home. We may speak also directly your language, as we speak fluently Greek, English, German, Spanish and Turkish. We enjoy having personal contact with our guests and if we are also in the villa, we often invite you for a coffee or barbecue to get to know you better and exchange our experiences. We are warm and friendly, honest and uncomplicated. We are enthusiastic about new adventures and we love the nature and the sunny weather. We are also intermediate climbers ourselves and we totally understand the love about climbing in Leonidio. We will be at your disposal for whatever you need during your stay and we offer you the option of self-checkin and checkout via our special keyboxes. I would like to welcome couples, families and groups of friends and climbers to enjoy their romantic vacation at my newly renovated Greek seafront villa in the heart of the village of Sambatiki Arkadias, located directly on the beach. These luxurious beachfront apartments in the villa Matina will surprise you with their cozy design and equipment while you will enjoy the breathtaking views of the beach of Sampatiki and Thiopafto from the private balcony, veranda and front yard. The biggest attraction is the fantastic landscape and the marvelous beaches around the area. The beachfront of Sampatiki is also very nice and family-friendly, offering 2 cafeterias/restaurants and a small port. Leonidio (the nearby town at 7km distance) is very traditional and the best place to have Greek Easter holidays and enjoy outdoor climbing. The nearby towns of Plaka, Tyros, Poulithra, Elona, Kosmas, Livadi make perfect destinations for day-trips and walking routes. Not to forget to mention fantastic longer trips to Nafplio, Monemvasia, Epidavros and Dyros caves.
