The Apartment was fully renovated in June 2022. From the large windows you can enjoy the view of Korinthian Gulf and endless blue of the sea. The modern and luxurious apartment has 1 queen size bed, 1 sofa bed, 1 dining table with 4 chairs and all the kitchen amenities such as refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave oven, coffee maker and electric kettle. All necessary utensils are also provided. The apartment also has washing machine and ironing board inside the spacious closet. It has also Wi-Fi and a smart flat screen TV.
The Deluxe Suite with sea view is a 1 Bedroom Apartment and it was fully renovated May 2023. You will wake up and enjoy the view of the endless blue of the sea of the KIorinthian Gulf from the bedroom all the way to the living room. The modern and luxurious apartment has 1 queen size bed. 1 sofa bed, patio table and chairs , a dinning table with 4 chairs and all the kitchen amenities such as refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave oven coffee maker electric juicer and electric kettle ,
All necessary utensils and cooking ware are also provided. The apartment has washing machine , iron board and a iron. It also has Wi-Fi and 2 smart flat screen TV, 1 in the bedroom and 1 in the living room.

The property is a 3 building apartment complex with private parking surrounded with lush green trees and flowers and its walking distance to the beach.
Is a quick drive to downtown Loutraki where all restaurants, beach, thermal spa and the Casino. It is a 10 -15 minutes drive to Korinth town.
