The kitchen offers a modern useful breakfast bar with fridge freezer and bar stools full size oven and glass hobs.
There is a day bed sofa to rest and relax.
The balcony seating area is definitely designed for outside watching the world go by with a lovely Hollywood canopied swing bed, directors chairs and table.
This apartment has it's own private gated entrance and is central located middle of kriopigi mainstreet many conveniences supermarket opposite to daily groceries.
The shower room is modern shower ,
vanity unit tastefully designed with white marbled tiles .
The windows shutters are electric for easy use with full protection against mosquitos
our blue night lighting system its also used for
your ambience in rest and relaxation time after a busy day at the beach.
The property can be used as a single apartment or even join onto Villa Casagrande for larger families and friends and join both balcony areas.
Hi guy's we have always worked in hospitality jobs,
so just love meeting people especially different culture's we have started renting our our apartments as our family home become to big for us so split it down .
We love traveling to other countries discovering more new places .
Hobbies also include teaching cooking ,
Listening to music .
Antonio's a bar tender of 30 years runs the successful Casablanca where yu can meet up with your friends and family .

The area of Kriopigi set in the beautiful pine village forest aprox 700meters from the famous blue flag beaches.
It's in the middle , village on route to the busy resorts 4km to kalithea ,or 4km to Polychrono .
Kriopigi has plenty to keep the busiest of minds occupied bars restaurants such as the Casablanca , gift shops supermarkets fast foods, near by famous beach bars and romantic sun rises and sunset's beaches nature at its best.
