Nestled in the tranquil allure of Bohali, these bespoke retreats are designed to captivate discerning guests. Boasting 100m² (Jo Villa) and 80m² (Chris Villa) of elegant outdoor living space, each villa features a private 20m² pool (both can be heated with an additional fee), an alfresco dining area, and a premium gas BBQ, creating the perfect setting for unforgettable gatherings. Jo Villa hosts on the ground floor, a serene twin bedroom and a shared bathroom, while the first floor features two more bedrooms—one with an en-suite—and an additional shared bathroom. Perfectly accommodating six guests in premium beds, with space for one more on the living room sofa. Chris Villa hosts on the ground floor two serene bedrooms and a shared bathroom, plus an extra WC. Perfectly accommodating four guests in premium beds, with space for one more on the living room sofa. Outdoor Pool Heating Policy: - Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions. - Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November. - Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature. - Additional Fees | 50 euros/day - Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above. - Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available. Climate Resilience Fee A 15,00/night/villa tax (subject to change) isn’t included in booking prices. It must be paid in euros at check-in to your Host.
