Feels Like Home started as the venture of 3 childhood friends in a small office at Aristotelous Square; 3 friends that have known each other for decades and have travelled the world together, exploring different cultures and meeting new people. A few years back, we decided it was time to pick the best pieces of our experience and offer some really warm hospitality to people who wanted to explore Greece: our hometown, Thessaloniki – the place of our childhood holidays, Halkidiki – Pelion, summer residence of the Gods – and the Greek islands that enchant thousands of travellers every year. So we created Feels Like Home, to offer the world the infamous Greek “philoxenia”. We love and respect each property we manage like it's our own home. Sea side villas with stunning seaviews, high-ceiling apartments in neoclassical buildings, traditional houses immersed in the pine forests of Halkidiki: every home is special, every guest is special. Our main aim is to tailor our services according to our guests' needs and not simply provide accommodation options. #FLH - Afitos Hidden Gems consists of 7 villas: Diamond (Superior Villa) Amethyst (Deluxe Villa) Ruby & Quartz (Villa with Sea View) Emerald (Standard Villa) Please note: -pool is open from mid-June to mid-September. Ask us in advance for exact dates. - Car is needed for beaches in the area. -these are self-catering villas. We do not provide cleaning services or meals. -respect the non-smoking policy. The security deposit will be held in case cigarette smoke is detected in the villas. -take your rubbish out on a daily basis. Recyclables may be separated, gathered together in large bags and be thrown into large blue bins located all around the main highway of Halkidiki. -keep it quiet during midday (15:00-17:30) and after 23:00. Pools cannot be used during these times either. -save resources, both water and electricity. Please think in a more sustainable way and do not let water running useless or the A/Cs working while patio doors are open.

Afitos is considered a great holiday destination, located in the middle of Kassandra peninsula with easy access to many villages and beaches. In essence, at a close distance of less than 7 km, is the well-known town of Kallithea, the nightlife epicentre of Halkidiki with tonnes of bars & clubs. Afitos though is the most picturesque traditional village in Halkidiki and has a unique buildings’ architecture, as well as a small picturesque central square. Visitors may enjoy a couple of beaches with turquoise water, the folklore museum, and large supermarkets. There are also upper restaurants with fresh seafood, as well as a variety of shops and a wine bar. Afitos is 700m away from the complex and you may comfortably walk to/from there. However, we always recommend our guests in Halkidiki to rent a car and check different places in Northern Greece, archaeological sites etc.
