John&Effie's Studio is located on one of the most beautiful islands of the Ionian Sea, Lefkada and in the area of ​​Lygia Lefkada, in a stunning location very close to the sea. At a distance of about 5km from the apartment is the center of the island, while Nydri is 9km away. The apartment has an area of ​​45 sq.m. and its decoration creates a unique and warm environment for you and your loved ones, while it is suitable for couples, friends and families with 2 adults and 2 children. It has one cosy bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, separate fully equipped kitchen, with refrigerator, oven, coffee maker and kettle, comfortable dininng room, living room with a sofa, which can easily accommodate two adults, comfortable living room and bathroom with shower as well as washing machine. In addition it has air conditioning, TV, Internet Wi-Fi and a balcony with sea view. The positives for this accommodation include the amenities in all areas, the parking for the car, the garden with the green and the various flowers as well as the sea view that the apartment has and the very easy access to all the famous beaches of the island.
