Property info

LEVANTER is a cozy modern one-room apartment with patio and a spectacular seaview on famous Platanias Beach. The unispace has been maximized for your enjoyment: there is a large comfortable double bed facing a window with built-in bench and a wall - mounted TV; a large platform bedside space; a body-length mirror/ wardrobe plus a kitchenette corner with mini-fridge and espresso machine. Off the space is a bathroom-toilet with a shower. You access the top-floor apartment via a tight spiral staircase which leads directy to your private patio, complete with seaview, hanging wicker chair, 2 tables, high chairs and a beach umbrella. Further amenities include free internet WiFi, a safebox and A/C and a dedicated private closed-off parking spot on-site.

Neighborhood info

Platanias is one of most well known area of Chania region. The city center of tourism. Close by you will find supermarket, restaurants, coffess, bars, playgrounds, souvenir shops and everything you might need. The most importnant fact though is that the apartment is 1 minute - 20meters - by walk from the beach of Platanias.
