It has two bedrooms that can accommodate up to four people (equipped with a double bed and two single beds, respectively). The Minimal Loft features a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa and a small eating space, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a balcony with a sitting area to enjoy the sunshine. It's ideal for groups of friends or families looking for a modern, comfortable home, where you can unwind or just take a walk to visit the picturesque town and its numerous bars, restaurants, shops and coffee shops.

The apartment is 65 sq.m. and is located on the top floor, the 3rd of the building while access to it is through the internal stairs of the building.
