The studio is on the ground floor. It's about 33 sq.m with a private yard about 40 sq.m & it is located in front of Rafina's great sandy beach. The studio includes all amenities. It is available with one bedroom which has a comfortable double bed & a closet. Also, there is a sofa / single bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, oven, hobs, dishwasher, toaster and a kettle & the bathroom has a shower -with hot water- & also a washing machine. At the outside yard you can enjoy your coffee or your lunch. It is protected from the sun and rain. There is also garden round the apartment. Bakery, mini market, super market, cafeterias, restaurants, playground are all at walking distance. Pet-friendly place. Your pet can stay in the yard. Warm request not to make noise as there are many apartments in the rest of the building. Free use of WiFi

300 m from the house to Square Karamanli, ideal area for running or walking, of drinking your coffee near a children’s playground. At a distance of 12 km are the Attica Zoological Park, McArthurGlen Athens (the largest Ratail Park of Greece) and Attiki Odos. The Marathon tumulus is 16 km and the archaeological site Vravrona at 14 km.
