Property information
The villa has been fully renovated and the procedure was completed in April 2023 .
Nestled just below the walls of the byzantine castle of Kassiopi Corfu and above the historical local church of Kassopitra, the location of Solaris Methea Villa is unbeatable, with breathtaking views from the peak of Pantokrata sweeping across Kassiopi, its harbour and out to sea across to the Mountains of Albania. In just a 2-minute walk you will find yourself in the centre of Kassiopi with its picturesque fishing harbour and another 5 minutes stroll will take you to the nearest beaches. The ground floor consists of three bedrooms, a master double and two singles one of which can become a double, if requested. The living/dining area is open plan with a fully equipped kitchen and access to the wrap-around terrace with plenty of room to relax, sunbathe and barbecue.
The first floor can be accessed from the ground floor but also has its own private access if needed.
With its own private living/dining area and another fully equipped kitchen, there is a king-sized bed and a private balcony taking advantage of the fantastic views.
There are 2 shared swimming pools and a children's pool 150 metres from the villa .
Neighbourhood information
Working closely with our sister hotel Solaris apartments situated just 150 meters away, our guests also have the added use of the facilities provided there, including the use of the two swimming pools, children's pool private parking, snack bar, reception plus our complimentary luggage storage and shower rooms for early arrivals and late departures.
