Our villa in Samos was constructed in 2014 with the principal objective to offer visitors the quality time they deserve for perfect holidays. Located in the quiet area of Mykali beach, near the popular beach of Psili Ammos, on the eastern side of the island with panoramic Aegean sea views and very large outdoor spaces. Beautifully fully furnished and clean interior and exterior, with so many social areas and very large verandas, unlimited sea views and many amenities. Sea sport takes place on the beach at the bottom of the road with beach bar and a choice of tavernas within a walk of the property. (Kalypso, Endless, Armyriki tavernas) The large pool located to the front of the villa offers guests absolute relaxation under the sun or in the shade of the fruit trees while it is surrounded by patios for sunbathing with modern deck chairs, tables and outdoor shower & a full bathroom. Air-conditioned bedrooms, strong WiFi-6 throughout, welcome pack, linen, towels, toiletries. Large gardens with fruit trees, paved areas and lawned space. Very secluded & private for your group only.
Samos is known as the 'Green Aegean Island' and shines like a diamond delicately set amidst the hundreds of sapphires of the sea. And this rare gem can be all yours when you visit us in Samos. We offer a great place to start your holiday at Mikali beach. The capital Samos town It's lively and caters well for the many visitors, along with nearby Kokkari, also in the north of the island, you'll find a range of beaches from shingle and wavy seas to pebbly with great prevailing winds for surfers. Head towards the south and you will find the old fishing villages of Pythagorion and Ireon with golden sand and shingle beaches as well as Samos airport and the temple of Hera. All together prepare yourself for an amazing holiday in Greece. Some activities include boat hire, trips to other Greek islands, trips to Turkey, shopping, open cinema, scuba diving training, clubbing, 5-a-side football, karting, and sailing. Expect a very relaxing holiday with warm weather, clear blue skies, and pleasant wind. The island has many new roads, a brand new yachting marina with full facilities, and an international airport. The best part is of course our villa; it is located in an amazing area with wonderful views of the Aegean Sea, the Turkish mountains and the beautiful yachts crossing the Mikali straits, endless south facing sea views. From Samos you can visit a number of other Greek islands on a daily basis, the nearest islands are: Ikaria, Patmos, Fournoi, Leros, Agathonisi, Lipsi and of course Turkey at Kusadasi again as a daily trip available in the summer months only.
