Sunbathed house situated on the most known Pikridiotisa -Castle- Bohali path ,with great view, exclusive use of the garden-backyard-veranda and parking space for two vehicles .Ideally situated in a very quiet neighborhood, inhabited by a majority of highly educated people, fluent in english and other languages (french , italian, german) so it is easy to communicate and socialize.
The house 90m2 has two bedrooms ( one with double bed, one with 2 single beds and sofa bed for two guests at the living room).
