Please note that for all nonrefundable bookings, the total amount of room rate (including service charge) will be charged at the time of booking. Any cancelation or modifications in any kind to booking are non-negotiable and subjected to a nonrefundable policy.

Please present the same credit card used to guarantee the booking when checking in and for the payment to the hotel. The name on the credit card must match the guest’s name for checking in. The credit card used for booking must be presented upon check-in for verification. Otherwise, the hotel reserves the right to deny the booking and collect the payment from the guest (in cash or another new credit card) in order to activate the booking again and hotel shall refund the previous collected payment.

The hotel reserves the right to release the booking by 16:00 (Hong Kong Local time) without prior notice if no valid credit card or authorization letter and the copy of credit card received for third party bookings.

Please note that children or teenagers under 18 years old must be accompanied by adults when staying at mini hotel Central.

A damage deposit of HK$ 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
