Air conditioning is featured, fully equipped kitchen and 2 bedrooms. The sea is only 700 m away, so you can reach it by foot in couple of minutes. First restaurant and market are 300m away from the property. You have about 5 minutes of car drive to Medulin. Pula is 10 minutes away. The neighborhood is very quiet, "touristy" and ideal for families with children that need a no stress vacation. Spacious, American style accommodation with a terrace/balcony larger than the average apartment in Istria. Apartments of this size are rare in Istria.
