The 3-star guest house features city views and is less than 1 km from Brulo Beach. The guest house provides rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. Each unit comes with a balcony offering sea views, a satellite TV, a well-fitted kitchen and a private bathroom with shower and a hair dryer. Apartment house near the beach and hotels in Porec. House Beakovic consists of three fully and modernly equipped apartments for 2-3 persons. Apartments have balconies with seating furniture and sea and city views. The price includes the use of air conditioning, bed linen, towels and a parking space.

Novo Naselje is a part of the town of Porec, 800 away from the city center and just 400 m from the Adriatic Sea, reacheable by foot. It is located south of the city center, and it's characterized by a number of private houses and pine trees, which in the summer months protect against extreme heat. A leisurely stroll will take you to the beaches in just 5-10 minutes. There is a large supermarket called Billa in this area. The area is suitable for families who want a peaceful holiday, away from the city crowd, but still close to the city center and the beaches. There are a few bars and good restaurants in this area.
