This beautiful historic building was built in 1935., and echos of building's birth date can be seen in building's hallway and in the units. Units are located on the second floor of the building. Please , NOTE: apartment building is not equipped with elevator and guests have to use stairs. Apartment building is located by the sea, and it is surrounded by really beautiful city parks.
