The room is being rented on Booking from 2018., but from this year under a new name, B&B Skynight Split.
Public garage is 400 metres and public parking 100 metres away.
The room has a sea view and is equipped with a flat-screen TV, air conditioner, an electric kettle and a tea and coffee maker, a private bathroom with a shower, hairdryer and free toiletries.
Also managing Apartments Ivica in Podstrana for 8 years.
The luxury room B&B Skynight is located on the Split most famos seafront, the same as Diocletians Palace which is 200 metres away.
On the same seafront are Split well known restaurants and bars
The Peoples Square - Pjaca, Republic Square - Prokurative, Gregory of Nin and the Silver Doors are all in the 300 metres radius, and are one of many attractions in Split Old Town.
Bačvice Beach are 1 km walking distance and Ježinac Beach is 1.7 km away. The airport is 25km away and you can book a paid airport shuttle service through the property.
