Holiday house "Pri Brozu" is fully equipped to accommodate 8 people. The ground floor is a wine cellar, while the first floor has one bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen, a dining room with a terrace and a bathroom with a toilet. On the second floor is a room with a double bed, another room with two or four twin beds (depending on the number of people), and one WC. The house has a terrace on which you can enjoy a glass of wine with panoramic views of the charming village and mountains. There is also a barbecue area provided as well as a pool during the summer months.
Family farm Ivica Broz was established in 2003, and in 2005 we planted a new vineyard to achieve greater capacity for the production of wine. Already three generations of the Broz family have been engaged in the production, and we are working hard to make our wines the best possible. In the barrels in our wine cellar you can find white wines, such as the lovely Green Sylvaner, Pinot Gris and Sauvignon. Or red wines of which we produce Blue Frankish that with its fruit-flavored taste thrills every wine lover. The holiday house is located on the same hill as the vineyard and once was only a typical Zagorje "klet", or small vineyard house, used for the production and storing of our wines. In 2018 we opened our holiday house in which we offer accomodation for up of 8 people. We guarantee you a wonderful stay and tips on what to see, do and experience in the beautiful region of Zagorje. Family farm Ivica Broz also offers its guests help in organizing and hosting parties and receptions, as well as tastings of local delicacies, on request.
The holiday house is located on a small, peaceful, idiyllic hill in Kumrovec, in the region of Zagorje. The neraest shop and cafe bar is 500m away, in the Old Village museum. You can get around Kumrovec on foot, beacuse everything you might need is only a 10 minute walk from the holiday house. It is only a 2 minute drive to the border of Slovenija and about 45 minutes to the capital of Croatia, Zagreb. Our holiday house is the perfect place to unwind while still being close to the urban hustle.
