Located on the 30th floor with city view, good for taking pictures during sunset and sunrise. 113 square meter of space. Fully furnished. Double private elevator, access card entry, intercom, smart TVs with cable, fast WIFI, kitchen with island, bathtub, Aircon in all rooms, separate service area, additional room and bathroom for a helper, washer and dryer available, dry and wet kitchen, marble countertops and backsplash. KFC and McDonald's on 5 minutes walk. Supermall karawaci on 10 minutes walk, siloam hospital 15 min walk, UPH university 15 min walk. New apartment building, just finished last year. The unit is also very suitable for those that wish to stay longer periods
feel free to contact how ever you like for further information, no matter the day or the hour.
Macdonald, KFC, siloam hospital, lippo maxxbox, supermall karawaci, taman sari, junction lippo village all within walking distance. still fair amount of green in the area with a lot of big trees. everything that you need is within walking distance. if you want to travel outside the area, the best and cheapest way is with online taxi. available by downloading the application.
