this property is a part of 'Banjar' SINDU neighbourhood where traditional way of living still exist among this fast moving modern life, and close to this property there is a night market which is sale a lot of variant of streetfoods, snacks, desserts, fashion product, and handycraft. it has a small paid playground too and are pack with both tourist and locals at friday and saturday night
