Showcasing hand crafted architecture by master Timorese wood carvers, Tanah Merah Resort and Gallery overlooks Petanu River Gorge. Situated within 4 km from Ubud City Centre, it offers 2 pools and free Wi-Fi. Featuring tropical wood and cane furnishings, air-conditioned rooms at Tanah Merah Resort are well-decorated with local artwork and fabrics. They come with a flat-screen satellite TV, a DVD player and minibar. Tanah Merah Resort is within a 10-minute drive from the tropical greenery of Ubud Monkey Forest. Ngurah Rai International Airport is a 70-minute drive away. Magnificent views of Petanu River accompany hearty breakfasts at Petanu Restaurant. Overlooking the gorge, Kan Kulak Restaurant provides a beautiful setting for meals with paintings by Balinese artist Kan Kulak.
