Having recently taken over and upgraded this property, the Australian owners Brett and Paula are delightful and warm hosts, whose mission is to ensure their guests have a pleasant, comfortable, restful and fun stay. Their love for Lembongan is obvious as is and their deep affection and respect for their staff who are like family. Our team is highly regarded by guests for their exceptional service, friendliness, willingness to go beyond to ensure you have an memorable and pleasant stay.

Conveniently located an easy walk from the clear aqua waters and white sandy beach of Mushroom Bay, our boutique resort and retreat space is a little haven of peace. As you enter under the pink bougainvillea you will be welcomed by the laid-back and friendly vibe of our place. Our tropical paradise with cute cocktail bar, chill out area with deck and comfy couches, and crystal blue pool invites you to relax and refresh. As you venture beyond the chilled entry you will breathe the serenity and beauty of our tranquil gardens where 7 quaint villas are nestled, their balconies overlooking the green lawn, and frangipanis. Our deluxe, air conditioned villas are a spacious, cool and cozy retreat with an open bathroom and super comfy king size beds cocooned in gauzy, romantic netting to inspire a restful sleep. The heart and soul of our resort is the traditional Yoga Shala, an earthy, peaceful, sanctuary to practice, connect, breathe and just be. Its open architecture emphasizes the Balinese style using natural materials with Alang Alang roofing and a woven bamboo ceiling. At Island Garden Huts, East combines with West providing local culture, friendliness, service and knowledge alongside Australian hospitality, character, and an understanding of western standards of comfort and cleanliness. You will be welcomed as part of the family. We offer in house snorkeling and fishing tours, scooter hire, daily yoga classes and we can also help you book external activities and tours and arrange your boat and driver transfers to and from the island. There are beaches, warungs, restaurants, bars, markets and spas within walking distance.
Neighborhood info
There is much to see in the surrounding area beginning with the beautiful beaches with clear, azure waters and the numerous water sports including surfing, snorkeling, diving, kayaking, fishing and boating. The area boasts a number of restaurants, bars and warungs that provide local and international cuisine. The local population are predominantly Hindu and their are many colourful ceremonies and celebrations. Scooter is the easiest and most accessible way to tour the island and there are very few vehicles but guests can hire a driver, golf buggy, or bicycle. Many people simply walk. Whether you want to do very little and take time out to just restore, practice yoga, enjoy daily massages, great food and magical sunsets or fill your day with more active pursuits this small island provides so much more then initially meets the eye. Nusa Lembongan is a truly magical place!
