The fine printMust-know information for guests at this property
The hotel requires a 25% deposit to be paid via Paypal or bank transfer. The hotel will contact guests with payment instructions. Guests have to make payment within 5 days of receiving notice to confirm the reservation.
Final payment will be charged on the day of arrival. If final payment is not received in case of no-show, the hotel will cancel the booking and cancelation fees will apply (see Hotel Policies).
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform The Studio of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
Quiet hours are between 13:00:00 and 17:00:00.
A damage deposit of Rp 2,000,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
