This villa thrives in being wide open and perfect for your family gatherings. In each portion of the house you will find naturally cold breezes that drift and flow through the entirety of the villa with no effort. Take a stroll along the lush rice fields that accompany the villa or sit back on the sunbeds under the straw umbrellas This heavenly 4 bedroom villa is located in Banjar Kalah, Peliatan. This means that access towards Ubud’s main roads is only 1 km away, allowing you to feel at peace with all of Ubud within an arm’s reach. Restaurants , Art museums and Ubud’s very own monkey forest accompany your journeys throughout your stay. (Please make note that your Netflix and Youtube accounts will be used to login, please ensure that you are to log out before you check out of the villa, this is to ensure that your account will not be used by anybody else in the future) ***Please note that some farmers may occasionally use the footpath near the pool to tend to their rice field***

The entire villa is yours during your stay, no space is sharing with others. Please note as we don't own the rice fields in front of the villa, you may experience some farmers passing in front. As they are working on their land, this is just natural and we can't do anything against it. Take it as an opportunity to see more of the locals life! ROAD ACCESS CONDITION As this villa is new and located on a remote location with rice field view, the road access is not smooth and perfect. The road is narrow, made of limestone not asphalt, could be muddy after a long rain, and have potholes here and there. There are no lampposts on the limestone road heading to the villa, so it can be dark at night. If you rent a car, please be aware to bring a smaller car when you arrive at the villa, as a big car may not fit in the road. A car bigger than a Toyota Avanza, may not be suitable to the road. VILLA WITH RICE FIELD VIEW As nature is integral to the villa, you may hear noises which come from the insects who inhabit the rice field. This is the charm of living close to nature in Ubud. Kindly note that rice fields surrounding the property are the main food resources for locals living in the area. This means they may be harvested at different times of the year. Host is not responsible for any surrounding landscape modification out of their scope. Bali is a humid and tropical natural environment with lots of greenery. Geckos & insects are endemic to the Island. Even though gentle pest controls are regularly operated at the property, some encounters may occur. Please note that all of them are completely harmless and important for a balanced ecosystem.
