Luxury 3-bedroom self-catering cottage in Muff village, within the picturesque Inishowen Peninsula in County Donegal. Ideally positioned to discover the Wild Atlantic Way, Inishowen 100 route, and the historic walled city of Derry. Conveniently located a short walk from a fabulous restaurant and cafe, and a variety of local shops.
A well-maintained garden with a patio and seating is provided for relaxing and unwinding. The fully fenced backyard allows children to play safely and offers an extra level of security and privacy. There is private parking and an accessible front entrance so guests with mobility issues can enter and exit the property with ease.
A large, comfortable living room provides views of the front garden and backyard. Guests can relax and watch TV after a day of sightseeing or read a book from the well-stocked bookshelf. The wood-fired stove is a cozy addition, especially during colder months.
A fully equipped large modern kitchen with a 6-seater dining table is perfect for self-catering families. A highchair can be provided on request.
Three bedrooms (1 king, 2 doubles) provide comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to six guests, with plenty of clothes storage space. A crib and/or travel cot can be provided on request for young children.
There is a modern bathroom with a large electric shower and a second toilet room. A washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, and ironing board are provided in the utility room.
Other facilities include free Wi-Fi, oil central heating, electricity, a wood-fired stove with a basket of logs, bed linen, towels, hairdryer, tea and coffee. A clothesline is a practical addition for wet gear after a day at the beach or water activities.
For guests who prefer a more relaxed vacation, the cottage's location provides ample opportunities for country walks, hiking and hill walking, as well as leisurely strolls on the North West Greenway.
Caitriona will meet guests on arrival with the key. After that she is only a phone call or message away and lives nearby, so is available should you have any questions or need help during your stay.
Guests can access a wide range of amenities just a short walk from the house. The award-winning Tank n Skinny's coffee shop and the fabulous Treehouse restaurant are excellent options for dining out, while four nearby fast food takeaways offer convenient options for a quick bite to eat.
The traditional Squealing Pig pub with regular live music provides an opportunity to experience local entertainment, while the nearby play park and café offer a fun and relaxing environment for families. Three local convenience shops and filling stations, as well as other services like hairdressers, a barber, beautician and pharmacy, make it easy for guests to access any necessity during their stay.
The location is 20 minutes from the City of Derry airport. A bus stop beside the house with regular services to Derry City, Moville, Buncrana, and Letterkenny provides convenience for guests to explore the wider area without a car. This is a great option for guests who prefer not to drive or who want to enjoy the local scenery without having to navigate unfamiliar roads.

- 5 minutes to Wild Ireland, Lenamore Stables, Lisnagra Woods, Grainne's Gap, Culmore Country Park, and Foyle Golf Club.
