Spacious and bright accommodation with separate entrance, located in a leafy and quiet suburb very close to Dublin City.
The property is just a 10 minute walk from 4 local villages - Rathmines, Rathgar, Terenure and Ranelagh - all offering a wide range of shops, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and bars. A walk to city centre takes around 30 minutes or can also be accessed via the No. 83 bus which leaves outside the door or a 15 min taxi ride.
