This is a very large Guest House centrally located with individual guest rooms. This is newly listed with all mod cons, has a beautiful kitchen - individual fridges and locked cabinets for each room. You have the use of a shared large living room and dining room areas.
Each room has its own En suite with TV , Wi Fi and a study desk .There are many great Restaurants, Bars, Hotels and Swimming pool facility close to the property . The Mc William Park hotel is only 50 metres away. It is also just a short walking distance to the Greenway area that runs alongside the beautiful lakes in Claremorris .
