The hotel is wheelchair accessible and provides reserved parking spaces at the front of the hotel.
A valid credit or debit card is required upon arrival in order to check in. Please note that the hotel does not accept prepaid credit cards or cash upon arrival. Pre-authorisation will be requested to be debited from your credit card upon check in. This is a pre-authorisation only. No funds are captured until check out. The health club opening hours are as follow:
- Monday to Friday: 06:00 until 22:00
- Weekends and Bank Holidays: 08:00 until 20:00
Access to the pool area for children is restricted to 09:00 until 18:00 daily.
Children’s swimming pool times are extended to 19:00 during holiday periods. (Please call the health club for further details).
All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied in the pool by an adult at all times.
