4. Group Bookings
We do not accommodate groups of more than three people. For larger groups, please contact the management in advance for special arrangements.
5. Noise and Disturbances
Please respect other guests by keeping noise levels to a minimum. Quiet hours are between 11:pm and 8:00am
6. Smoking and Alcohol Policy
Smoking is not allowed in guest rooms and designated areas. A cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in non-smoking areas.
Alcohol consumption is allowed only in designated areas and must comply with local laws.
7. Pets
Pets are not allowed. If allowed, pets must be kept on a leash in public areas, and a cleaning fee may apply.
8. Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in. After this period, 30% of the booking amount will be charged.
9. Safety and Security
The hotel is not responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings. Guests are encouraged to use in-room safes for valuables.
10. Damages
Guests will be held responsible for any damage to the property caused during their stay, including accidental damages.
11. Visitors
Visitors are allowed until 11:00, after which they must register with the front desk. Overnight stays for non-registered guests are not permitted without additional charges.
