Located just a short walk from the iconic Sri Padmanabha Swamy Temple, our home offers a peaceful and serene retreat within the heart of Thiruvananthapuram. It provides a perfect balance of tranquility and accessibility, with easy access to the temple and nearby attractions. Despite the proximity to transport hubs like bus stations, railway terminals, ( which is around 2 km from home) and the airport (Terminal 1 is bout 3km and Terminal 2 is about 1 km ) , this neighborhood remains a peaceful haven for fun and spiritual bliss. With malls, theatres, eateries & other sightseeing attractions are within reach. The property is in the first floor of our home. There are two bedrooms with attached bathrooms , a living and dinning space. The Kitchen is equipped with water filter, fridge, Induction cooker, Water boiler and necessary kitchenette. Cleaning accessories are available. Washing machine is also provided. Free wifi and Television is available in the living space. The road to our home allows car only as big as Innova. Guest can either book any one room or the entire apartment. Spacious room , calm environment and most importantly safe place for families & women travelers.

Back in 3rd grade, when everyone was dreaming of becoming teachers, musicians, or engineers, I confidently proclaimed I wanted to be a businesswoman. Yep, while they were planning classrooms or concert halls, I was planning retail shops. Who knew that my childhood ambition would lead me here to start such a venture.
Our home is situated just 1 km from Shri Padmanabha temple, 3 km from Attukal Devi temple , Karikkakom Devi temple , Hanuman Temple etc. Not just that beaches, museum, zoo, malls, shopping complexes etc. are just within 2-3km reach. Plenty of eateries, available in Swiggy, Zomato, instamart etc Yet the place is a residential area, calm and peaceful surroundings.
