SaffronStays Midori is a charming 4-bedroom country house located in the scenic town of Kolad, Raigad. Just a short 2-minute stroll away from the Kundalika River, renowned for its water sports and stunning scenery. The USP of this home is its proximity to the Kundalika River, which offers a plethora of adventure activities such as river rafting, kayaking, bungee jumping, and much more. Enjoy a refreshing swim in the large pool located at the back of this beautiful home. The large lawn is great for picnics, games, and hosting big parties like birthdays, reunions, or gatherings with friends. Ideal for work and leisure, this home has strong WiFi coverage throughout, including the garden, with three routers ensuring uninterrupted and fast connection in serene Kolad. As you step through the large verandah, you'll be welcomed by the charming interiors of this country house in Kolad. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with beautiful surroundings. On the first floor, you'll find three spacious bedrooms with balconies, each featuring a cozy king-sized bed and an attached bathroom for your comfort and privacy. Security Deposit INR 5000 per room & needs to be paid online before check-in. We levy an on-site cash handling charge (INR 500) and request you to pay for all meals before check-in to avoid this inconvenience. The caretaker is also present on-site to assist you at all times. Meal Charges: Adults All Meals Veg: 1500 (+GST) Meals Non-Veg: 1700 - Kids: All Meals Veg/Non-Veg :1200(+GST) BBQ INR 650 (+ GST) per person per day. WiFi service is available at a speed of 50 MBPS in all rooms. The villa is not pet-friendly. Rafting is available throughout the year. Guests have to book this service at least 1 week in advance. A trip to Kolad is incomplete without trying out a myriad of adventure and water sports. From white water rafting, canoeing, kayaking, cycling and banana boat rides in the river to camping, bungee jumping and canyoning in the hills, there’s plenty of adventure waiting for you. There are 2 cycles on the property, one for kids and one for adults. The Kundalika River is only a 2-minute walk away. Guests can enjoy river rafting and several other water sports which are 35 minutes away from the villa. For adventure lovers, this is absolutely unmissable! There is a small hill just a few meters from the villa, guests can enjoy a family trek up the hill. A little further, you can set your trails for the Kundalika Valley. Witness vegetation-covered cliffs with waterfalls along the way where you can soak in the cool waters and wash your stress away. Head out for a picnic with the family to Dolwahal Dam, a 16-minute drive from the villa, and enjoy some light snacks by the water.
