Newly renovated, you'll be greeted by a lush, tropical garden and coastal-inspired, rustic interiors on your arrival here. It features 12 large, airy rooms, equipped with all the amenities to keep you comfortable and every room features its own balcony.

We're located in the serene and beautiful neighborhood of Morjim, with the Morjim beach located just 2 mins away by bike. The areas of Anjuna, Vagator, Siolim, and Assagaon are to one side, and the areas of Ashwem and Mandrem are to the other side. This puts us right in the middle of the most popular spots in Goa, with a number of amazing restaurants and bars around us.
