The amazing location of Hotel Skaftafell provides guests with stunning views of Iceland's highest mountain, Hvannadalshnjukur and the largest glacier in Europe, Vatnajökull. The hotel has a fully licensed bar on the 2nd floor with magnificent glacier views. The glacier lagoon Jökulsárlón is only 40 minutes drive from Hotel Skaftafell. The hotel is located by the Route 1 road.
