Kjartan D is a premium host and has a long history of welcoming guests to their temporary Icelandic homes. Birta Rentals is a family business established in 2013 and has been growing steadily since.

Property information

A beautiful, bright and spacious apartment on the ground floor in an apartment building. Located in a family friendly street /neighbourhood in the capital city area. We have 2 bedrooms, master bedroom has Double Bed (140x200cm) , second bedroom has bunk bed that has double bed below and single bed in the upper floor and big TV on the wall. We have open space with kitchen and living room, our kitchen is fully loaded with everything you need, the living area has sofa, large dining table with 6 chairs. From the living room you have fantastic view over the city and you can also see the Snæfellsnes Peninsula, the Snæfellsjökill glaacier and mountain range. From the apartment you can see Northern Lights when the weather conditions are right.

Neighbourhood information

One of the best golf courses in Iceland GKG is close or just below our building, from our apartment is a great outdoor area, very nice walking / running paths that take you into Heiðmörk beautiful nature park. Two super markets, Krónan and Nettó, are close by, our neighbourhood public swimming pool is only 1km away („Salalaug“).
