Located by the harbour in Höfn village, Oldairline Guesthouse offers a shared kitchen/lounge, plus free WiFi and parking. Jökulsárlón glacier lagoon is a 1-hour drive away. Featuring modern décor and a flat-screen TV, all rooms at Oldairline have access to 2 shared bathrooms with free toiletries. A washing machine is also available on site. The sleek guest kitchen has a stovetop, microwave and fridge. At Oldairline Guesthouse, relaxation options include a communal living room, garden and terrace. Vatnajökull National Park dominates the surrounding area. Information about the park is available at Höfn Visitor Centre, just 300 metres from Guesthouse Oldairline.

Old Airline Guesthouse is originally built in 1946 and at that time there were no street names so every house got its own name, this house was named Solheimar in 1969 the house was extended as is bit obvious wen looking at the house, but as expected hose needs bit of attention. Up until 1985 the house serves as the towns Air terminal for domestic flights and air freight, this is were the name of the guesthouse originates from, but the house is called by locals Gamla flugfelagid that translates to Old airline.
We believe that life is short and try to make the best of every day, and do not take life or our selves to seriously. We like to travel, ski, sail and have good people for dinner or barbecue (some times couple of bees as well).
Old Airline Guesthouse, is located in the older part of town on the main street of Hofn, with most services and restaurants in short walking distance. We offer an home feeling guest house with living room, kitchen and terrace for out guests to enjoy. There is parking on the premises and access to laundry facilities etc. from out house there is 3 minute walk to the town swimming pool, 3 minutes down to the harbor an just about 1 minute to the boardwalk path that runs the beautiful coast of our fjord, with lots of interesting things to see and photograph.
