After a five-year stay in the United States, owners and brothers Francesco and Gabriele came back to Italy and since 2015 have joined forces to create accommodations, products, and services for travelers from around the world to enjoy. In 2016, Biocore 1 came to life, a secluded farmhouse in which one can enjoy nature, disconnect, relax, and explore what is often called "The Hidden Gem of Italy": the region of Abruzzo. After four years, thousands of satisfied guests and many glowing reviews, the brothers were inspired to build Biocore 2 and the Biocore Winery. Francesco and Gabriele's goals for their new establishments were to offer first-rate service alongside the amenities and comforts of a four-star hotel, all the while staying true to their desire to maintain a more familiar and comfortable atmosphere in nature. In this they were successful, as Biocore 1,2, and the Winery all offer patrons the unique opportunity to immerse themselves in nature, disconnect from their fast-paced lives and reconnect with themseives.

The view is unparalleled, as Biocore 2 is surrounded by vineyards and boasts an exceptional sight of the full chain of the Gran Sasso d'Abruzzo mountains on one side, and the crystal clear waters of the Adriatic sea on the other. Additionally, three national parks, numerous old castles, and Abruzzo's marvelous hiking trails are only forty minutes away by car. Not far from the BioCore 2 there are plenty of activities and places to see. The city of Giulianova offers nice sand-beaches with crystal clear water as certified by the Blue Flag (Bandiera Blu) which is every year recognized to the city. At night there are bars that offers delicious drinks and live bands. There are plenty of gelaterie (Ice-Cream Places) and restaurants where is possible to eat various dishes from Pizza to local food. Qualiy is stellar and price are fair and inexpensive. It is possible to do tour to visits Borghi e Castelli (Villages and Castles) among the oldest in Italy. There are hiking trails for every fitness level, three national parks, aperitivi (happy hours) on boat, waterparks, sky-diving, bunjee Tumping, wake board on lake or open sea and many more.
