HI! My name is Marc. I offer a nice and modern studio flat on the ground floor that has been created from a former commercial activity. Within walking distance are the wonderful beaches and center of Terracina. Renovated in 2021, it was only the following year that I managed to make all my services available to make you enjoy a relaxing holiday to the fullest without the need to use a car because everything you need (restaurants, bars, supermarkets , pub, pharmacy...) is within walking distance.

The apartment is located in a residential neighborhood with all of the amenities that the city center has to offer such as pharmacy, supermarkets and coffee shops. The beaches are only a 10 minute walk away, as well as the the nightlife and the historical center. The port of Terracina, only 15 minutes walk, serves the island of Ponza which makes for a great day trip. Street parking around the apartment is free of charge but availability is limited during the high season.
