The structure is located inside a prestigious building dating back to the 60s, completely renovated with a lift. Each apartment consists of a double bedroom, a kitchen with everything you'll need for cook and eat, a large and bright bathroom with shower and complete sanitary ware and a living room / tripl bedroom. There are latest generation LED Television and multimedia box, air conditioning, heating, high speed internet WI FI and many other comforts.
I am an Advertising Graphic Designer and I work in the television sector. The style adopted inside the apartment is completely created by me. POP ART ANDY WARHOL Style.
The area is full of bars, supermarkets and excellent typical Roman restaurants. Just 300 meters away you will find the famous Via Appia, along the road there are many shops and a brand new shopping center. Famous Pompi bar, where you will find the best tiramisu in Rome. At about 300 meters you will find the metro stop RE DI ROMA.
