Located on the 7th floor with elevator, completely remodeled and tastefully decorated in 2015, our lovely apartment is equipped with all the amenities that make you feel like you are right at home, can accomodate up to 4 people. The large windows make the apartment a bright environment that offers a comfortable bedroom, a large living room with a sofa bed for two, dining area, TV, WI-FI, air conditioning, and a modern kitchen complete with fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, etc. You'll definitely be able to enjoy your morning breakfast, lunch and dinner whenever you want. A wide bathroom with shower completes the apartment. For our guests arriving by car we have an agreement, at a special price, with a garage nearby, where you can park your car and forget about it, since everything you need is just a stone throw away!

Neighborhood info

The apartment is located in a central area of the city, a well-served district, adjacent to Florence's city center, ideal for families and for business travelers. Just a couple of blocks away you can find bus stop, grocery stores, hair salons, dry cleaners, bank, pharmacy, bar, bakery, pizzeria and both typical Florentine restaurants as well as delicious ethnic restaurants. We are also near Fortezza da Basso Congress Center, Palazzo dei Congressi and Opera Theatre. In few minutes you can take a stroll in the beautiful Cascine Park, a truly remarkable green area of Florence where every Tuesday you'll be able to visit the city's largest mercato! Minutes away you can find the University of Florence Campus, City Courthouse and Hospital of Careggi, Meyer Children's Hospital and Peretola Airport. All the main points of interest, such as Duomo, Piazza Signoria, Uffizi Gallery, etc. are within 1 km. distance, 20 minutes walking or few minutes by public transportation that will take you wherever there in few minutes. The nearest bus stop is at just 150 mt. from the apartment
