It is a newly built structure and although it is not yet finished it leaves everyone pleasantly impressed by the details. Tastefully decorated. Equipped with indoor parking and ample outdoor space. In order to avoid gatherings and prevent the spread of Covid 19, the B&B Terra e Mare will take the following measures for this year. The breakfast room will have access from two different entrances, each equipped with hand sanitizer. Breakfast will be available to two users at a time, on tables spaced 2 meters from each other. Access will be scanned in two time slots. Breakfast will be prepared by personnel equipped with a protective device. Breakfast will not be a buffet but will be served at the table by personnel equipped with a protective device. No user will be able to contact the breakfast area. All utensils used by guests will be washed and sanitized in the dishwasher daily.

We are in the first suburbs of Porto Cesareo, between the Via Circonvallazione (which connects Porto Cesareo to the first beaches in the direction of Torre Lapillo) and the Strada Statale, Nardò - Avetrana (which connects Porto Cesareo to Punta Prosciutto). Nearby there are supermarkets and discount stores. It is a sparsely populated area surrounded by olive groves.
