The B&B is located in a historic building (XVIII century) with three floors, without lift, recently renovated and located in the most sought-after district of the historic center of Palermo (Vucciria-Cala) and, therefore, in the Limited Traffic Zone (works from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 8 pm) which requires the payment of a daily ticket (available at the tobacconist's) for access / transit by car in the historic center, as well as in all Italian historic centers . The B&B is within walking distance of the main historical monuments and the tourist pier, where you can play outdoor sports, romantic walks near the sea and unforgettable aperitifs. The three rooms, 1 with projecting balcony e 2 non projecting, are located on the first and second floor, while on the third floor there is a double room with a small terrace and a quadruple room with a large terrace. What makes the structure unique is the contrast between the modern and the ancient. Furthermore, it has an internal courtyard where you can spend relaxing moments, reading a book and listening to Gregorian chants from the adjacent and famous Church of S. Maria La Nova.
Guests will feel at home and will be assisted in every suggestion and choice they make so that their vacation here will be a pleasure with many unforgettable moments. The guest must be polite and respectful of the work of others
The area is peaceful although nearby there are numerous nightlife wine bars, restaurants, pubs and shops. The B & B is also near all public transit stops and sea ferries
