A surcharge of 20 euro applies for arrivals after 23:00 Pm hour. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
Please note that central heating is available from 20:00 to 23:00 and in the morning from 06:30 to 09:00. For the other part of the day, air conditioning is available (also used as heating in winter) which has an additional cost of EUR 5 per night when used.
