For check-in is essential for the guests to get in touch with the structure in advance (at least one week before arrival) to communicate the expected arrival time and complete check in online. This is mandatory in order to be registered to the municipality police station. The tourist tax, always EXCLUDED from the cost of the stay and must be paid in cash, for arrival after 7PM there is and extra fee to pay SEE FINE PRINT.

Very nice and just renovated structure in the heart of Venice! Ca' Naviglio is a two-story property made up of five beautiful bedrooms, each with its own unique style and private en-suite bathroom and a common area. On the ground floor we have the Vivaldi and Tiepolo double bedrooms, on the first floor the bright Marco Polo and Lord Byron and on the second floor the Casanova family suite for four guests, complete with a private balcony. WE ONLY ACCEPT RESERVATIONS OF FAMILIES WITH KIDS FOR CASANOVA SUITES - NO GROUPS OF FRIENDS!

The structure is located in the lively and authenic area of Cannaregio. It is at 20 minutes' walk from the train station and one minute walking from Ca' D'Oro water bus station. Off the beaten track, but close to all the services of the area: in fact it is situated in Strada Nuova, the main street in Venice, where you can find supermakets, shops, restaurants, bars and only 10 minutes walking to Rialto!

Check in is free from 15:00 to 19:00. Late check-in after 19:00 is possible at an additional cost: 35 euros from 19:00 to 22:30, 45 euros from 22:30 to 24:00, 60 euros from 24:00 to 1:00. After 1:00 it is possible to check in with an additional cost of another 50€ every 30 minutes up to 2:00 A.M. After 2:00 A.M. it will not be possible to check- in even in the event of setbacks.
