We offer for rent an elegant apartment located in Nettuno, at Via Traunreut 48, just 60 km from Rome. The property is strategically positioned, 1.5 km from the train station and the city center, and only 300 meters from the sea.
The apartment, located in a well-served area, is close to the Conad supermarket and a bank, ensuring maximum convenience for all daily needs. Additionally, it is near the COTRAL depot, with frequent departures to the Roma Laurentina (Metro B) and Roma Anagnina (Metro A) stations.
