Our villa is nestled in the rolling hills of Tuscany, located in the Val d’Orcia and Crete Senesi region. Located in the Borgo, “Podere Pascianella,” this quiet villa is perched up on a hilltop overlooking Montisi and within walking distance of the medieval village of Castelmuzio. This villa offers stunning and panoramic views of the Tuscan countryside, including the UNESCO World Heritage site of Val d’Orcia, which provides picturesque sunrises and sunsets. A peaceful paradise as you enjoy your morning coffee or dine Al Fresco with a glass of wine. Your opportunity to enjoy the true Tuscan way of life, “La Dolce Vita."
Enjoy your own large private garden surrounded by the beauty of nature while you overlook olive trees, pomegranate trees, rosemary, and sage bushes. It truly is a peaceful paradise, where you can sit amongst the olive groves or relax under a large covered terrace. Experience outdoor dining in the Tuscan hills and a comfortable sitting area to relax and enjoy the day.
Inside has been tastefully renovated to maintain the Tuscan characteristics. Wifi and Air conditioning are offered throughout the villa as well as a washer and dryer combo for your convenience.
Originally from Canada, our dream was to purchase a home in Tuscany. Throughout our journey to find the perfect home, we agreed that the view was a must-have. We wanted to have a view that was breathtaking and that we could have those panoramic views. When we found this home it had those views and one surprise was that we were astonished at how beautiful the sunsets were. Every night we experienced a different sunset and each one was more beautiful than the other. We decided to name our home Casa Ora d'Oro meaning "Golden Hour".
We want to share the experience and feeling that we had for the first time and still have today. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do and experience the same wonder and beauty that we do.
We are situated in a peaceful and tranquil location with the ability to immerse yourself in nature. While being in what we feel is the most perfect spot in Tuscany, we are located just over a couple of hours from Rome and a little over an hour from Florence. You can reach Pienza, Montepulciano, and Montalcino within minutes. Enjoy all the wonderful things Italy has to offer while still being able to live like a local.
We offer a typical and traditional Tuscan experience while still having access to modern amenities such as Air conditioning, Dishwasher, Wifi, Washer, and Dryer.
