All apartments have rooms with private en suite bathrooms and common use areas. It is possible to book either individual rooms or the entire apartment. - standard double room, deluxe double room, quadruple room You will have a room with a private internal bathroom, private access and sharing common areas such as the kitchen or living room. The apartments have a maximum of 2 rooms per, so by booking 2 or more rooms the apartments will be for exclusive use. By booking only one room you will have access to a one room. These rooms can be sea view or city view - Apartment with terrace You will have an entire apartment for exclusive use with a terrace overlooking the sea (this apartment is the only one that has a terrace, if you don't find it among the available types it means that it is not available).

The location is excellent and in the historic center of Palermo but with a beautiful sea view. We are close to all the main monuments, museums, historic buildings, reachable on foot and in a few minutes. We are also at the limit with the restricted traffic area so it is convenient to reach us even by car and park under the house or in the neighboring areas or in one of our affiliated parking behind the house. Around us various typical restaurants, bars, clubs, large supermaket, historic markets and the large foro italico park where you can do a lot of sport or take your 4-legged friends to walk around
