We are Sara, Alessandro, Valentina, Silvia, Laura, Loredana, Paola, Daniela, Elena e Giuseppe. We have all worked for many years in different tourism tasks but in the end we recognized ourselves more in this type of hospitality, because it offers a different autonomy and independence than the hotel, which has taught us a lot, but which probably little resembles us. For some years we have been managing more than 60 apartments located throughout Italy and mainly in Lombardy, as well as 2 residences in Rho and from 2019 we are managing 2 apartment complex in the Costa del Sol. Renting a house instead of a room gives us the opportunity to establish a more familiar relationship with our guests. Through their needs, we understand their habits and what makes them feel good.

The beauty and elegance of this large two-room apartment will welcome you from the first moment. The owner has furnished it with taste and elegance, thinking of all the comforts. It consists of a bedroom with two separate beds, bathroom with shower and a large living room with two single sofa beds and an equipped kitchenette. The apartment is inside an elegant and recently built condominium, in the basement you will have a private garage with automatic opening, alternatively in the street you can easily find free parking. At your disposal there are also super fast wifi, smart TV with access to Netflix and a pleasant furnished terrace where you can relax. It is perfect for a business trip due to its proximity to the Fair, for a family who wants to visit Milan while remaining out of the chaos of the city or for those who need to work from home with free Wi-Fi in an intimate and peaceful environment. At 200 meters, the Z620 bus stop that will take you to the underground line 1 red Molino Dorino from where in 15 minutes you can reach the center of Milan directly or in 3 minutes the Fiera di Rho.
