The recent restructured apartment is near the fiera and on the main metro line to Duomo, the 'hart' of Milano. It's situated in a villa with a little garden and terrace and furnished with style where you can relax after an intensive day at the fair or in the city centre. The living room has a fully equipped kitchen, with induction cooking, dishwasher, microwave and fridge. There is a TV, dinner table, a sofa bed suitable for 2 kids or 1 adult as it's 1,5 m wide and 1,90 long. There is a nice bathroom with bidet and a large and comfortable shower. A hairdryer at your disposal as well as a large and little towel a person. In the bedroom there is a double bed that can be prepared as 2 single beds. In the basement of villa, we have created a shared laundry space with washing machine, dryer, iron table and iron. The apartment is accessible with a personalised code given the day of the check-in by message. Long side the street you can easily park your car for 2,40 euro a day, to pay at the park meeter.
Travelling myself, i know how important it is to find a comfortable place to make the visit a success. I speak Italian, English, Dutch, French and understand German and I'm available to give all the info you need to make it an unforgettable stay.
The apartment is just 100m from the metro stop in the same street. Nevertheless it's a relaxing neighbourhood with all the service you need in the parallel street: Bars, Restaurants, Pharmacy, grocery shops. There is even one of the biggest shopping malls 'BLOOM Merlata' on walking distance.
