We remind our guests that the request for the deposit is at the discretion of whoever welcomes you and will carry out your check-in. At the end of the stay, the rooms will be checked and if inappropriate and unwelcome behavior is found such as: having smoked in the room or having caused any material damage to the room or to the entire structure, it will be charged from the credit card entered in the booking the amount of damage caused, without exceeding the pre-established amount of the deposit in the conditions. If, on the other hand, you touch our structure and have a courteous communication with the staff, you will be welcome next time and you can take advantage of the extra 10% discount as "regular guests".
