We are Sara, Alessandro, Valentina, Silvia, Laura, Daniela, Elena, Giuseppe and Loredana . We have all worked for many years in different tourism tasks but in the end we recognized ourselves more in this type of hospitality, because it offers a different autonomy and independence than the hotel, which has taught us a lot, but which probably little resembles us. For some years we have been managing more than 60 apartments located throughout Italy and mainly in Lombardy, as well as 2 residences in Rho and from 2019 we are managing 2 apartment complex in the Costa del Sol. Renting a house instead of a room gives us the opportunity to establish a more familiar relationship with our guests. Through their needs, we understand their habits and what makes them feel good.

Spacious and cozy room near Monate Lake. The bed can be double or we can prepare two single beds. There is also a private bathroom with shower and a nice balcony. The owner Frank will welcome you with his sympathy and energy. Below the room there is the bar "Testa Matta" where you can make excellent breakfasts, delicious lunches and drinking delicious coktails. On Sundays the bar closes at 1 pm

The lake of Monate is renowned for its equipped beaches and its clean waters that make it perfect for swimming or taking a ride with the pedalo The area is also convenient to reach and visit Lake Maggiore with its characteristic villages overlooking the shores.
